NTMA sells €500m of Treasury Bills
The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) has completed an auction of the target amount of €500m of Irish Treasury Bills.
Total bids received came to €1.516bn which was 3.03 times the amount on offer.
The Treasury Bills, which have a maturity of three months, were sold at a yield of 0.70%.
The Finance Minister Michael Noonan has said it is "an excellent result" for Ireland.
