It is understood that attempts to find a buyer to take on Game Group have failed and that the company is to go into administration.

It is understood that attempts to find a buyer to take on Game Group have failed and that the company is to go into administration.

Last Wednesday the company's shares were suspended after it admitted there was "no equity value left".

Game Group employs 6,000 people.
