Insolvency figures offer encouragement

The number of company insolvencies in January this year was down 19% compared to the same period in 2010, figures released today have revealed.

A total of 121 Irish companies collapsed in the first month of 2012, 81 of which were liquidated, with the rest entering receivership, according to Vision.net.
