Stock markets rally before Greek debt-burden talks

European stock markets have rallied today ahead of a meeting of EU finance ministers to finalise a new deal to lower the debt burden on Greece.

Minister Michael Noonan will join his colleagues in Brussels today for a meeting - which will also put in place the final pieces of a new treaty aimed at stopping the European debt crisis.
