Cameron: EU needs to act now to save the euro

The head of the IMF Christine Lagarde is calling for greater "political clarity" in Greece and Italy after she held talks with Chinese leaders which were dominated by the worsening European debt crisis.

Greece and Italy are grappling with domestic political upheaval brought on by the sovereign debt crisis that has engulfed the Eurozone.
