Almost one in three companies can't find talent in Ireland - survey

There are not enough talented job-seekers in the Irish market, according to business leaders here.

Grafton Employment Group's global 'talent depth' survey shows that 29% of employers describe a lack of talent as a problem.

The figure compares with 48% of companies internationally who say they do not have the talent they need to execute their business strategies.
