BlackBerry losing customers over technical problems

One in five BlackBerry users is considering switching to another phone because of the service problems which hit millions of people this week.

A survey by website Kelkoo found 19% are thinking about moving to another manufacturer, while 42% will consider changing later.

Up to 8% said they have already bought a new phone.
