House prices in North down almost 10%

House prices in the North suffered a 4.1% quarterly fall leading to prices averaging £118,723 (€136,722), down 9.3% on the year, according to figures released today.

Belfast performed particularly poorly, with a 12% drop over the year to make the typical home worth £171,208 (€197,135).
