Survey shows low rate of workplace absenteeism
Ireland has one of the lowest rates of workplace absenteeism in western Europe, according to a new survey by PriceWaterhouseCooper (PWC).
The study of data from 2,000 companies shows that workers in Ireland are some of the most present in western Europe - taking an average of just 6.4 days unscheduled leave from their jobs every year.
