Legal proceedings by Sean Quinn's family against Anglo Irish Bank in which they seek hundreds of millions of euro in damages have been fast-tracked into the Commercial Court.
The action arises from the Quinn family losing control of the group which has been taken over by the bank over debts of nearly €2.9bn.
