Audi to build dealership in Sligo

Audi Ireland today turned the sod for a new Audi dealership in Sligo, with 20 new jobs in the pipeline once it opens at the end of the year.

Audi Sligo will be owned and operated by Kevin & Neil Connolly who have invested €5m in the dealership.

Audi Ireland said the Sligo dealership was major part of a five-year investment plan by the company, whose aim is to become the number one prestige car brand in Ireland by 2015.

Audi is also undertaking a comprehensive restructuring of their franchise retail network with a collective investment of €80m over the next three years, resulting in a nationwide network of 10 dedicated Audi dealerships servicing the whole country.
