Government begins search for new bank directors

The Department of Finance has advertised in the national newspapers seeking expressions of interests from suitably qualified people for appointment or nomination to boards of directors of banks.

The department says its parts of the commitments given in the Programme for Government to restructure bank boards and replace directors who presided over failed lending practices.
