Farmers accuse Govt of going back on promised scheme

At an emergency meeting of the Irish Farmers Association last night, farmers voiced their anger with new Minister for Agriculture Simon Coveney.

They said he has reneged on a Government promise to deliver meaningful Agri-Environment Options Schemes.
