No buyers found yet for two Cork Pfizer sites
Pfizer have been unable to find a buyer for the Loughbeg and Shanbally facilities in Cork in the last 10 months — meaning the jobs of the 300 workers at the two plants are still in jeopardy.
Amgen, the world’s largest biotechnology company, has agreed to purchase a Pfizer manufacturing facility in Dun Laoghaire.
