Mothercare looking to expand

Retailer Mothercare unveiled an overseas expansion plan to offset sluggish growth in the UK.

Rhe firm wants open 175 stores outside Britain in the next year, up from the 150 it had previously suggested, in Latin America, Scandinavia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and North Africa.
