ISEQ up at close

The ISEQ index of Irish shares closed up 16.42 points to 2,694.24, a gain of 0.61%.

Among the risers, Providence Resources added 80c or 33.33% to €3.20; Kerry Group was up 22c to €26.43; Smurfit Kappa climbed 19c to €7.99; CRH gained 18c to €12.85; C&C added 5c to €3.36 and Aer Lingus climbed 4c to €1.15.
