The High Court has today heard that Aer Arann still has a reasonable prospect of surviving as a going concern.

The Examiner appointed to the regional airline told the court that a conditional investment agreement had been signed today, and he was finalising his "Scheme of Arrangement", which will be circulated to creditors in the coming days.
