ISME: Late payments crippling small business

The small business sector is demanding the Government intervenes to prevent late payments by large companies, which it says are devastating the sector.

In its latest credit watch survey, ISME said small firms are waiting nearly three months - or an average of 73 days - for payments from state agencies like the HSE.
