Survey reveals low level of trust in management

People working for companies hit hard by the recession have extremely low levels of trust in their bosses.

A survey of 5,000 employees found many blame job losses and office closures on poor management.

The Institute of Leadership and Management survey also says women executives are more trusted than men.
