Falling house prices has encouraged investment, says IBEC

Falling house prices and rents have helped make Ireland more attractive for foreign direct investment according to a new report by the employers' group IBEC.

The report also identifies a drop in labour costs due to substantial pay cuts in both the public and private sectors as a positive for attracting new investment from overseas.
