The Director of the Irish Mortgage Corporation Frank Conway believes new restrictions on mortgage criteria being introduced at EBS will spread to other lenders.
The EBS and its broker division, Haven, have changed their mortgage-qualifying criteria, making it more difficult for first-time buyers to get a mortgage.
