Bank of Ireland will today seek the go-ahead from shareholders for the final part of its capital plan to raise €3.4bn.

Bank of Ireland will today seek the go-ahead from shareholders for the final part of its capital plan to raise €3.4bn.

Shareholders will be asked to put more money into the bank as part of an effort to raise funds, as the bank transfers loans to NAMA.
