The former IMF economist and Harvard economics professor Ken Rogoff says Ireland is "conspicuously vulnerable" to defaulting on its debt and applying for a rescue from the fund.

Speaking in the wake of Greece's application for €45bn in aid from the IMF and its Eurozone peers, Prof Rogoff said it was possible at least one more Eurozone country would need to be rescued within the next two years.
