Alexa handbag lifts Mulberry

The successful launch of its Alexa handbag has led Mulberry to lift its outlook for the year.

The luxury fashion house had strong trade over Christmas, with the Alexa driving demand among both retail and wholesale customers.

That success led it to alert investors that full-year results will be 'significantly ahead' of its December forecasts.
