The ISEQ index of Irish shares inched down 4.40 points to 3,027.98 today.
The financials all did well. Allied Irish Banks led the way, climbing 12c to €1.35. Both Irish Life and Permanent and Bank of Ireland climbed 9c to finish on €3.16 and €1.44 respectively.
