New wireless broadband firm to create 35 jobs

The merger of Irish wireless internet service providers is expected to create 35 new jobs.

The new firm - combining Amocom and Callidus/Omnitel - will trade under the name, Ripple Communications Limited or Ripplecom.

The Cork-based company said it expects the jobs to come on stream as it expands its customer base over the next three years, increasing its workforce from 14 to 50 fulltime employees.
