Business optimism rises for first time in two years

Irish companies are feeling more optimistic about the economy for the first time in two years, according to the latest business sentiment survey from KBC Bank.

The bank says that, while business conditions weakened again in the third quarter of this year, the pace of decline was considerably more modest than earlier in the year.
