Goodbody issues upbeat economic forecast

Goodbody Stockbrokers has become the latest organisation to issue a more optimistic forecast for economic activity in Ireland in the coming years.

The firm is predicting that the economy will contract by just 1.1% in 2010, compared to a previous forecast of 3.7%.
