ISEQ down more than 2.5%

The ISEQ index of Irish shares fell 89.79 points to 3,314.57 today.

All of the financials lost ground. Irish Life and Permanent was the biggest faller, dropping 37c to €5.50. Bank of Ireland was down 19c to €2.95 and Allied Irish Banks shed 6c to €3.19.
