Brown: Don't take economic recovery 'for granted'
A failure of global co-operation at the G20 summit in Pittsburgh next week could derail economic recovery, Gordon Brown has warned fellow EU leaders.
The British Prime Minister told pre-G20 talks in Brussels yesterday that there was a mutual interest in agreeing a long-term plan on an “exit strategy” from massive public bail-out funding, curbing excessive bank bonuses, and keeping the current signs of recovery alive.
