The ISEQ index of Irish shares was up slightly in morning trading today, gaining 4.78 points to 2,871.38.
There was little movement in the financial sector. Both Bank of Ireland and Irish Life and Permanent were unchanged at €2.06 and €3.05 respectively. Allied Irish Banks slipped down 1c to €2.12.
