The Irish Stock Exchange has had a mildly positive morning so far with the index showing a 12.30 point rise to 2,770.35 by 10.45am.
The main gains were made at bookmakers Paddy Power who saw their stock climb 53c to €17.88, while building firm CRH soared by 42c to €17.17.
