ISME's latest bi-monthly pay and conditions survey shows that SMEs are continuing to shed jobs and introduce pay cuts across the board, in response to ongoing difficult trading conditions.
The survey confirms that since the start of the year 45% of companies have introduced average pay cuts of 13%, with 49% implementing pay freezes.
