Survey finds pace of construction decline is slowing

Activity in the construction sector is continuing to decline, but at a slower rate than at the start of the year, according to a new assessment by Ulster Bank.

The bank says its latest Construction Purchasing Managers' Index shows that the pace of deterioration eased last month to its slowest since March 2008.
