ISEQ up in early trading

The ISEQ index of Irish shares was valued at €2,727.89 at 11am this morning, a rise of 36.59c.

Index majors on the risers' board included CRH, up 30c to 16.45; Elan Corp, rising 28c to 5.36; FBD Holdings, lifting 20c to 7.30, and C&C, up 7c to 2.45.
