Cutbacks at ITV as Grade plans for 'successful business'
Big name television shows like 'Britain’s Got Talent' will help ITV to a successful future, the broadcaster said today, after revealing plans for another £40m (€44.5m) in cost savings.
The group’s executive chairman, Michael Grade, told a shareholder meeting the firm would be a “very, very, very successful business indeed” but warned the impact of falling advertising revenues had hit the company hard.
