Small gains for ISEQ

The ISEQ index of Irish shares climbed slightly today, gaining 10.86 points to 2,610.74.

Allied Irish Bank lost 13c as it received €3.5bn of emergency recapitalisation. Elsewhere in the financial sector, both Irish Life & Permanent and Bank of Ireland gained 3c to finish on €2.73 and €1.17 respectively.
