Construction activity continuing to decline sharply

Business conditions in the construction sector are continuing to deteriorate sharply, according to the latest assessment from Ulster Bank.

The bank's Purchasing Managers' Index shows that employment is continuing to decline substantially, while new business activity has also dropped sharply.
