Pensions Regulator examining Visteon information
The North's Pensions Regulator is examining information about the management of finances linked to the recently closed Visteon plant in Belfast, according to local Sinn Féin MP Gerry Adams.
More than 200 workers are still occupying the plant in a dispute over their redundancy terms.
The administrator appointed to the company is taking legal action to evict them.
Mr Adams has accused Ford - the former owners of the factory - of sharp practice and says there are profound questions to be asked about the company's pension fund and other assets.
