ISEQ slightly down

The ISEQ index of Irish shares fell marginally this evening by 2.76 points to 2,050.10 by market close.

There was mixed news within the financial sector; AIB dropped 2c to 48c with Bank of Ireland down 1c to 27c. Irish Life and Permanent, however bucked the negative trend gaining 4c to 70c per share.
