ISEQ up 3.5%

The ISEQ index of Irish shares was valued at 2,417.32 at 11am this morning, an increase of 83.36 points or 3.57%.

The main mover was AIB, which continued its resurgence by increasing 20c to €1.39. The other main banks were also showing strong signs, Bank of Ireland was up 8c to 70c while Irish Life & Permanent was up 26c to €2.
