ISEQ makes slight gains

The ISEQ index of Irish shares closed at 2,675.23 tonight, up 49.28 points or 1.88%.

All of the major banks were down - AIB down 2c to €2.25, Anglo Irish Bank down 12c to 43c, Bank of Ireland down 7c to €1.04 and Irish Life & Permanent down 8c to €1.72.
