Citigroup to lay off 10,000 workers worldwide

The international banking company Citigroup is reportedly planning to shed up to 10,000 jobs as part of a cost-cutting plan.

Reports in the US say the firm plans to lay off staff in its investment bank and across other divisions around the world.
