ISEQ up slightly

The Irish Stock Exchange finished in the black today, the ISEQ index gaining 26.71 points to 2,853.45 by close of business.

The financials were reasonably stable. Irish Life and Permanent showed an impressive 15c gain to €2.60. Anglo Irish Bank moved up 4c to €2.04. There were slight losses for Bank of Ireland (down 8c to €1.54) and Allied Irish Banks (down 3c to €3.60) however.
