The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) today said that nine enforcement orders were served on food businesses during September for breaches of food safety legislation.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) today said that nine enforcement orders were served on food businesses during September for breaches of food safety legislation.

Closure orders were served on: Mullallys grocery (storage areas only), Tipperary; Wax/Spy public house, Dublin; Ely Winebar and Café (part of basement), Dublin; Fortune Star House take-away, Waterford; Five Alley Bar and Restaurant (food preparation and storage areas, not bar or bar store), Tipperary; China Garden take-away, Dublin.
