ISEQ down more than 155 points
This afternoon's rally on the Irish Stock Exchange has ended, with the ISEQ index of Irish shares down 156.89 points to 3,893.30.
The banks have taken the heaviest hit, with Bank of Ireland losing 13.51% of its value. Allied Irish Banks has lost 12.95%, with Irish Life And Permanent down 8.14% and Anglo Irish Bank shedding 7.27%.
