'Concerted action' needed to ensure economic recovery

The Central Bank says concerted action by the Government will be needed if economic growth is to return to strong levels by next year.

In its annual report, the bank says it continues to believe that the medium-term outlook for the economy is favourable and that economic growth could be close to 4% next year.
