Govt urged to take responsibility for housing schemes

Labour is calling on the Government to take direct responsibility for delivering five social and affordable housing projects in Dublin.

The regeneration schemes are now in doubt following the decision of a leading developer to withdraw from a public-private partnership with Dublin City Council.
