VRT changes have immediate effect on car buyers

New VRT rates introduced this week have apparently led to an immediate increase in the sale of diesel cars.

Cartell, a company that checks car histories, says the majority of vehicles registered since the VRT changes were brought in two days ago have been those with low CO2 emissions.
