Positive morning for ISEQ

There ISEQ index of Irish shares had a positive morning gaining 68.09 points to 6138.13.

Within the financial sector, Anglo Irish Bank had the biggest impact up 20c to €8.60. Bank of Ireland climbed 11c to €9.31 with AIB not far behind gaining 8c to €13.17. Irish Life and Permanent trailed behind, up a modest 3c to €10.48.
